Job Purpose

To drive customer satisfaction and sales growth by ensuring all Smart Repairs are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality. To motivate technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing consultative sales solutions to internal and external customers.
  • Deliver the necessary level of sales by educating customers on the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs.
  • Proactively identify new customers and build effective and profitable relationships.
  • Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
  • Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
