We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to our UK General Counsel and the Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the GC and the legal team
- Coordinate board administration, including planning and diarising reminders and deadlines for board and committee papers
- Assist with governance tasks, including the preparation of board packs
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments, manage invoices and expenses, track legal matters/reports
- Assist with the execution of documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant
- Strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills, including Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
