Job Title: Licensing Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Licensing Team as a Licensing Support Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our licensing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and scrutinize applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of licensing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
