Job Title: Housing Development Expert

About the Role:

The Development Framework Officer is a key position within the Affordable Development Team at Great Places.

As part of the Programme Team, you will support the Development Performance Manager (DPM) in managing procurement frameworks and analyzing data to drive the development process forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the DPM in overseeing procurement frameworks for the Development Team.
  • Analyze data to inform and enhance the development process.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent analytical skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and possess strong communication skills.

What We Offer:
