Role Overview

We are seeking a Community Engagement Facilitator to join our team at Thamesmead School. As a key member of our community team, you will play a vital role in building relationships with local communities, promoting the school's vision and values, and supporting the development of literacy skills in students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in community engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing community outreach programs, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective community engagement practices, and supporting the development of literacy skills in students.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To develop and implement community outreach programs that meet the needs of local communities.
  2. To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective community engagement practices.
  3. To support the development of literacy skills in students through community-based initiatives.

Requirements

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
