Job Title: Avian Wildlife Specialist

About the Role:
The Access Talent Group is seeking an experienced Avian Wildlife Specialist to lead ornithological surveys and produce detailed reports for Habitat Regulations Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainable development and renewable energy projects in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead ornithological surveys across Scotland, including offshore wind farms* Produce high-quality reports for Habitat Regulations Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and contribute to successful project completion* Travel frequently to project sites, prioritizing flexibility and adaptability*

Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading ornithological surveys and producing detailed reports* Willingness to travel extensively across Scotland* Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and renewable energy projects* Excellent communication and teamworking skills*

Benefits:
The Access Talent Group offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
