Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead with creativity, guiding our kitchen and waiting staff to deliver excellence.
  • Engage with residents to create wholesome, balanced meals that enhance their well-being.

About You

You will have a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident dining experience. A natural communicator, you will be a team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of fun. You will take pride in understanding our residents' needs and leading them through a unique and exciting food journey.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £37,500 per annum, plus overtime. Other benefits include paid breaks, annual pay review, uniform provided, excellent inductions, training and on-the-job support, real career progression opportunities, additional hours/overtime opportunities, choice of hot or cold meals and drinks on duty, and contributory pension scheme.
