As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting our Merchandiser in identifying opportunities and risks through commercial decisions to maximize profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with weekly analysis of department performance for trade meetings
  • Liaise with the trading team to update regarding imminent deliveries, key best sellers or re-stock dates
  • Consistent awareness of best and worst sellers for the department and company
  • Conduct regular store visits to obtain direct feedback from staff and customers
  • Has an understanding of the plus-size market and knowledge of the high street
Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Specific experience in fashion retail merchandising
  • Analytical skills and computer skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of High Street fashion
  • Relevant degree or equivalent
  • Excel competent

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
