Job Title: Debt Recovery Officer

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Officer to join our team. As a key member of our enforcement team, you will be responsible for enforcing court judgments and orders, serving legal documents, and collecting debts.

In this challenging role, you will work closely with clients, courts, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and recover debts. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases and tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Enforcing court judgments and orders
  • Serving legal documents, including warrants and notices
  • Collecting debts through various methods, including negotiations and litigation
  • Managing relationships with clients, courts, and other stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debt recovery procedures and laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driving license and roadworthy vehicle are essential for this role, as you will be required to travel to various locations throughout the day.
