About the Role

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cruise Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling worldwide cruises to new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and continuously improving your destination knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell worldwide cruises to new and existing customers
  • Deal with customer enquiries over the phone
  • Provide an excellent customer service
  • Continuously improve destination knowledge
Requirements
  • Customer focused with a passion for helping clients
  • Previous sales experience gained in a similar call centre environment or retail travel
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Self motivated, highly ambitious, goal orientated and able to work as part of a team
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of up to 25K for your first 6 months
  • Average commission of 2K-5K per month
  • Hours work on a rota basis, including weekends
