RedRock Resourcing is seeking a seasoned Development Management Manager to spearhead the establishment of a brand new Development Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and running a high-performing team, driving Agile product development, and implementing DevOps practices. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through software development
* Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
* Implementing and maintaining Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Requirements:

* Proven track record in building and running development and operations teams
* Strong software development background, preferably in Java, Node.JS, or Angular
* Experience with Agile product development and UX-focused applications
