Job Title: Nursery Practitioner - Early Years Educator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Willing Care. As a Level 2/3 Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating setting for children to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer additional cover over the lunch period to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Complete general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters exploration and creativity.
- Build strong and positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and collaborative community.
- Maintain comprehensive records of children's development and well-being, ensuring all aspects of their care are thoroughly documented.
- Adhere to safeguarding, health, and safety regulations to guarantee the well-being of the children in our care.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 Early Years qualification or above.
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, demonstrating a strong understanding of the responsibilities and demands of the role.
- Proficiency in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a deep understanding of its principles and implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to providing diverse and inclusive learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child in our care.
