Job Description:
At the RNLI, our mission is to save lives at sea. We are seeking a skilled Contract Officer to join our team.

As a Contract Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of our services. You will be responsible for meeting engagement and stewardship targets, as well as delivering against performance indicators and service level agreements.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  1. Educated to GCSE standard, or equivalent – English essential.
  2. NVQ Level 2 Customer Service skills, or equivalent (desirable).
  3. Proven customer service skills – telephone and administration.
  4. Experience of working in an office-based environment.
  5. Experience of working in a fundraising environment would be beneficial, as would working knowledge of databases.


The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about saving lives and have the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply.
