We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre, preparing the rota, and working collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to meet service demands in Endoscopy, General, Orthopedics, and Gynae.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and organize the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre.
  2. Prepare the rota.
  3. Work collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to meet service demands in Endoscopy, General, Orthopedics, and Gynae.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in surgery/anaesthetics.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of surgical techniques and associated equipment.
  3. NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner.
  4. Demonstrated strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team towards a shared vision and promote innovation and sustainability.
