Children's Activities Coordinator Lead

Norwood's Unity service provides recreational sessions for children and young people with neurodevelopmental disabilities, to meet in a fun and sociable environment.
The role involves providing a safe, caring, fun and welcoming environment for all children and young people attending Unity, being involved in the planning and setting up of activities, and assisting and/or supporting children and young people with toileting, eating, and drinking when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe and inclusive space for children and young people to engage in recreational activities
- Assisting with activity planning and setup, ensuring a variety of engaging experiences for participants
- Supporting children and young people with personal care needs, such as toileting and mealtime assistance
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12, paid at the rate of 50 per hour, and flexible part-time shifts on Sundays and during school holidays.
