Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Assisting with cleaning and administrative tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment

Requirements
  • A background in working with individuals with mental health or learning disability needs is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently, as well as being a team player
  • An enthusiasm for promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of care delivery
