Job Title: Senior Home Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Home Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably as a senior carer or team leader
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use digital care planning tools
