Chef de Partie Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Chessington World Of Adventures. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards, adhering to food safety guidelines and Aramark policies.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
  • Coach and mentor junior kitchen staff, including Commis chefs, kitchen assistants, and kitchen porters.
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of senior staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the front-of-house team, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Relevant culinary qualification and 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Passion for food and service, with a flexible approach to hours and duties.
  • Experience in industrial catering and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality.
