Chef de Partie Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Chessington World Of Adventures. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food to our customers while maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, hygiene, and organisation.

About the Role

  • Produce food in line with food safety guidelines and Aramark Policy
  • Prepare menu items to spec and ensure all food is delivered to our high standards
  • Support in the coaching and mentoring of Commis chefs, Kitchen assistants, and kitchen porters
  • Take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior sous chefs
  • Help maintain high standards of cleanliness within the kitchen
  • Carry out cleaning tasks as required following COSHH
  • Work seamlessly with the front of house team, developing and maintaining good communication
  • Be a champion for food safety

Requirements

  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • 1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • Experience in industrial catering
  • A passion for food and service
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties
