About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Locality Services Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that provides high-quality care services to vulnerable adults. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving continuous improvement in our services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple sites and teams, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Lead the Management Team across all aspects of day-to-day business deliverables;
        Monitor performance in relation to quality and key performance indicators to agreed targets for care standards and quality;
        Ensure compliance with all statutory regulatory bodies and company policies and procedures;

Requirements:
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
    Highly experienced within the care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health
    Sound judgement in difficult and complex situations
    Encourage a positive and supportive culture
    Comfortable managing a team of managers, ensuring accountability and high standards at all times
