Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies for new landlords, ensuring seamless integration into our portfolio.
  • Provide expert guidance on rental market trends, helping landlords maximise their investment returns.
  • Take ownership of re-marketing properties, driving swift tenant placement for relisted stock.
  • Lead the marketing strategy for new building completions, from initial listing to successful tenant placement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase landlord fees by upselling additional products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, proposing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Contribute to weekly team meetings, sharing updates and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with the Lettings team to achieve both personal and team targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lettings or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the rental market and current trends.
