Senior Portfolio Manager

X1 Sales and Lettings is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee a lettings portfolio in our Manchester branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful running of your portfolio, ensuring minimal void periods, minimal debt, excellent customer service, water-tight compliance, and quick property turnarounds. You will also support and develop the team working under you, ensuring they are happy and flourish in their roles. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the successful running of your portfolio
Ensure minimal void periods, minimal debt, and excellent customer service
