Job Description:

As a Care and Companionship Specialist, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing personal care, assisting with nutritional needs, administering medication, and offering companionship in the comfort of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with nutritional needs, including meal preparation and feeding
  • Administer medication according to clients' care plans
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK
  • A full UK driving license is essential, and we cover full travel expenses up to 45p per mile
  • Strong communication skills and a good standard of English are required
  • An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
