Nursery Room Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Supervisor to join our team at Tops Pokesdown Nursery. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their educational and social development, and working closely with other team members to deliver high-quality care and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Develop and implement engaging play activities and educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive nursery environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
