Nursery Room Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children, while also leading and managing your team to achieve our nursery's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage your team to ensure they are motivated and trained to meet the needs of the nursery.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly checks are completed effectively and action plans are implemented.
- Monitor and address accident trends, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.
- Manage resources, organize routines, and systems to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Develop and implement settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans for children, and next steps and learning journeys.
- Commit to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery and your direct care.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. All successful candidates will be subject to safety checks, including a full-completed Application Form and a DBS Check.
