About the Role:
beBee Professionals seeks an experienced Cover Supervisor to manage classrooms in our High Peak school. This position involves supervising students during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and maintaining a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classrooms in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
  • Support students with their learning needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom settings.
  • Patience and a positive attitude towards supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work at short notice.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
