Job Title: Itinerary Co-ordinator Music Tours

We are seeking an experienced Itinerary Co-ordinator to join our educational music tours team. As an Itinerary Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating itineraries for school groups travelling to various destinations for school trips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with group leaders from the booking stage until departure to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for students.
  • Schedule and book concert and rehearsal venues, as well as arrange visits and activities, to create a memorable and engaging experience for students.
  • Communicate regularly with accommodation centres to ensure rooming requirements, meals, and general enquiries are met.
  • Be willing to visit resorts and destinations as required to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Assist with booking enquiries and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Work closely with suppliers to update on changes and dietary requirements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills.
  • Experience within music travel is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to ensure the best possible experience for children.
  • Up-to-date product knowledge and the ability to keep up with changing requirements.
  • Fluency in another European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
