Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Itinerary Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating music tours for school groups, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with Group Leaders: Regular communication with group leaders from the booking stage to departure, ensuring all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Itinerary Planning: Schedule and book concert and rehearsal venues, accommodations, and activities that meet the needs of the ensembles and groups.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure rooming requirements, meals, and general inquiries are met.
- Travel Coordination: Assist with booking enquiries, work with suppliers to update on changes and dietary requirements, and be willing to visit resorts/destinations as requested.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and develop relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Language Skills: Fluency in another European language (French, German, Italian, or Spanish) is highly desirable.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £28,000 dependent on experience.
- Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays.
- Pension Scheme: Contributory pension scheme.
- Hybrid Working: Flexible working arrangements with occasional travel.
