Job Title: Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users and promote well-being.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies in accordance with CPI/MAPA training to ensure the safety and dignity of all individuals.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPI/MAPA training certificate
  • Previous experience with Challenging Behaviour
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Confident and fully able to use a hoist as and when required
