**About the Role**

Seven is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Expert to join our team in West London. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the chilled supply chain, from building and maintaining relationships with customers and factories to demand forecasting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to address service and waste level challenges in our chilled supply chain.
  • Perform data analysis to support sales and marketing efforts, providing market insights and challenging our factories to meet their KPIs related to service levels and waste reduction.
  • Work closely with European factories to help them understand the UK market and provide them with the insights they need to improve their performance.
  • Coordinate with warehouses and customer supply chains to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of products to UK depots.

**Requirements**

  • A strong understanding of the supply chain within a manufacturing context, with experience in demand forecasting and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supply chain contacts and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and strong project management skills.
