Support Worker for Young People

About the Role
Glasgow City Council is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Support for Learning Workers. We are committed to providing high-quality support to our young people with additional support needs, and we need your help to make this happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with young people and promote positive behaviour
- Provide support with supervision and administration of medication and intimate personal care
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure young people access the curriculum
- Support young people with a range of support needs, including Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, physical impairments, and social and emotional factors
