Job Overview

As a Business Improvement Data Consultant, you'll work closely with the Business Implementation Manager, collaborating with a highly engaged team to develop and deliver key data visualisation resources. These resources aim to drive sustainable improvements and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Implementation Team to create data analytics solutions supporting the Motor Fulfilment SLT and wider leadership teams.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and detailed MI, utilising software solutions to create engaging and interactive views.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement initiatives and collaborate with the team to implement them.
  • Utilise programming skills to develop new initiatives and interactive mechanisms.
  • Support the BIT Manager in developing and communicating performance targets.

Requirements

  • Expertise with VBA programming and capabilities (Additional programming language expertise beneficial e.g. Python, Java, SQL, HTML etc.)
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and API's beneficial
  • High levels of competence in using databases and data visualisation tools (e.g. SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Power BI, Tableau, AWS, Insight data systems)
  • Advanced skills in Excel (Formulas, Pivot tables, Charts, Power Query, Large Data, Presentation, Office 365)
  • Fully embedded skills in using Excel, SharePoint, Power Point, Visio, Word, and other key Microsoft products
  • Detailed experience in MI and data analytics creation through multiple engaging formats
  • Strong internal stakeholder engagement and relationship capabilities
  • Good financial management acumen, data analysis, and insight capabilities

Working Arrangements

Hybrid model - 2 days a week in local office (London, Birmingham, or Leeds)
