Job Description

Strategy & Data Consultant Engineer

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our team at She Does Data. As a Data Engineer Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis using Tableau and other analytics tools to develop hypotheses and drive business decisions.
  • Develop and deploy Machine Learning models in Python or R to support customer segmentation, marketing strategy, and pricing optimization.
  • Design and implement data pipelines in cloud platforms, leveraging tools like dbt, SQL, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, including data access, collaboration processes, and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of our mid-to-long-term strategy and track progress against key objectives.
  • Support internal operations by helping to develop and refine processes.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to relate technical aspects to business impact.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities.
