Client Services Manager / Accounts Manager

Reed is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager / Accounts Manager to join a leading Accountancy Practice based near Wimborne.

This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complete client portfolio, controlling budgets, and acting as an ambassador for the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing individual objectives and delivering client requirements
  • Meeting monthly billing targets
  • Assisting with training and development as required
  • Attending networking activities

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and a strong understanding of client care.
