About the Role:
A highly skilled Conveyancing Assistant is sought to join our well-established office in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a conveyancing department and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to progress their career and develop their legal knowledge in a busy and ambitious law firm.

In this role, you will assist with administrative duties associated with a busy conveyancing caseload under the guidance of the Head of Department. You will also be responsible for completing legal forms accurately and efficiently, liaising with clients and other third parties, submitting searches via online portals, and progressing matters via Local Authorities, other solicitors, agents, etc.

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth progression of residential conveyancing cases. Your attention to detail, ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering excellent results for our clients.
