Project Accountant
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Accountant to join our team at YMCA Norfolk. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Team to deliver high-quality finance reporting and processes that support the strategic direction of our charity.

As a key member of our Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in undertaking finance transformation projects that aim to improve our efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement effective financial controls, ensuring that our financial systems are robust and secure.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a recognised CCAB/CIMA accounting qualification (full or part-qualified) and have extensive knowledge of financial controls. Your skills and experience will enable you to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will have experience working with financial systems and be able to implement effective financial controls.

YMCA Norfolk offers a range of benefits, including competitive salary and annual leave entitlements, contributory stakeholder pension scheme, family-friendly policies, and access to professional development opportunities. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check prior to commencing employment. $35,314.50 per annum, equivalent to £18.11 per hour.
