We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pilates Practitioner to join our prestigious clinics in Chelsea and Notting Hill, London.

About the Role

As a Clinical Pilates Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, diverse personal training sessions to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide bespoke treatments and comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate personalised Plans of Care
  • Deliver one-on-one Rehab and Strength & Conditioning sessions
  • Implement new technology and software to enhance patient engagement
  • Review compliance and performance with the Clinical Director to determine support and training needs
  • Understand patients' symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
  • Ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, respecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Provide specialist advice on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleeping habits, stress management, and more
  • Attract and retain clients, including leading corporate workshops
  • Strive to improve clinic standards and identify any risks
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
  • Support the development of clinic services/products
Requirements
  • REPs level 3 in Pilates, Fitness, PT and/or Sports Science degree;
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal);
  • Appropriate liability insurance and clean DBS;
