We are seeking a highly skilled Family Support Practitioner to join our team in Solihull. In this role, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to ensure they receive the best possible care and support.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of current national and regional social work policies and practices, as well as relevant childcare legislation. A driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to the demands of the job.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development through our Children's Social Care Academy.
