About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services, conducting assessments, and developing dynamic plans to meet the needs of children and families. They will work closely with families and partners to deliver timely and intensive interventions.

This role involves integrating into one of our social work pods, supported by their line manager. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of current national and regional social work policies and practices, as well as relevant childcare legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality social work services to vulnerable children, young people, and their families
  • Conduct assessments and develop dynamic plans to meet the needs of children and families
  • Work alongside families and partners to deliver timely and intensive interventions
