Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Bournemouth, Dorset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the site, including managing customers, PPM management, and extra works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute repair and maintenance work.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure efficient execution.
  • Conduct regular assessments of buildings and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Built Environment discipline/ FM/Maintenance/Surveying.
  • Proficient in managing building life cycles, M&E systems, and HVAC.
  • Familiarity with CDM.
  • Clean driving license.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work at pace and operate in a fast-changing environment.
