About the Role
As the Customer Complaints and Feedback Manager, you will play a key part in delivering on our Plan A objectives and enabling services to harness feedback that improves the customer experience through service improvement and amplifying the customer voice. You will be responsible for driving performance objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building valuable relationships with residents across our communities.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Deliver on performance objectives and drive service improvement through effective complaint handling and feedback management
• Ensure regulatory compliance for complaints and feedback, and maintain accurate records
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, service leads, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Present complaints data, write reports, and provide evidence of compliance with regulatory standards
About You
We are looking for a self-starter with strong digital and management skills, who is resilient, innovative, and able to balance competing demands to meet tight deadlines. You will have a track record of working collaboratively with service leads and presenting complaints data, writing reports, and providing evidence of compliance with regulatory standards. A degree-level or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline is essential, and you will be committed to professional development and learning.
