Job Summary:

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatres, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality surgical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scrubbing for Consultant-led surgeries, including orthopedics, cosmetics, gynae, and ENT procedures.
  • Assess patients' health and well-being, developing care plans that take into account the care pathway, perioperative risks, and patient wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of surgical services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ODP/Scrub Nurse with NMC or HCPC registration and no restrictions on your pin.
  • At least 2 years scrub experience, with orthopaedic experience highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
