About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Leader to join our team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre
  • Ensure the smooth running of the theatre list and organize booking forms
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of audits and equipment
  • Manage the rota and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Collaborate and work flexibly across theatre suites to meet service demands
  • Assist with sessions in theatres

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in surgery/anaesthetics
  • Knowledge and understanding of surgical techniques and associated equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • NMC Registered Nurse or HCPC Registered Operating Department Practitioner
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team to a shared vision and promote innovation and sustainability
