We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with complex needs, learning disabilities, and SEMH needs.

You will be required to work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized plans for each student, ensuring that they receive the best possible support to achieve their full potential.

In addition to providing one-to-one support to students, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in special education or a related field
  • Experience working with students with complex needs, learning disabilities, and SEMH needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
