New Homes Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on new homes and developments
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the new homes industry, preferably with a builder or developer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
