New Homes Sales Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on new homes and developments
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Proven sales experience in the new homes industry, preferably with a builder or developer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
