We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Supervising Family Solicitor to join our established London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client care and working under the supervision of a Supervising Solicitor.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to take on a challenging role and make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. You will be working on publicly funded Family law matters, including domestic abuse and private children law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion client care and ensure a high standard of service delivery
  • Oversee due diligence for legal aid applications and make preparations for court
  • Undertake advocacy and case management to meet monthly targets
  • Adhere to monthly file reviews and ensure files are compliant
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Panel Accreditation or a Senior Solicitor happy to work towards achieving accreditation
  • Experience of preparing non-molestation orders and/or processing legal aid applications using the CCMS portal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain integrity and professionalism and work accurately to meet deadlines
