Job Title: Senior Family Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join our Family Law Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of solicitors and caseworkers, providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality family law services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, with experience in managing complex cases and supervising a team. You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of training and development in the department, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members.

We are looking for a professional with a proactive approach, strong client care skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent results. You will have a strong understanding of the publicly funded family law work and be able to service privately funded cases.

The successful candidate will have a clean, valid Practising Certificate and be committed to ongoing professional development. You will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the areas of law provided by the firm and be keen to build a career with us.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of solicitors and caseworkers
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality family law services
  • Assist with the delivery of training and development in the department
