Senior Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Senior Care Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents in our nursing home.
You will be accountable for the overall performance of the home, including regulatory compliance, commercial and financial performance, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of leadership and a passion for adult social care. If you have experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Accountable for the overall performance of the home, including regulatory compliance and commercial and financial performance
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support
- Collaborate with other members of the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Passion for adult social care
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support
- Collaborative approach to working with other members of the management team
