We're looking for a talented individual to join our Indirect Purchasing team at MINI Plant Oxford. As a Procurement Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing goods and services that meet our high standards of quality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist purchasers in sourcing goods and/or services, including RFQs, RFQ response analysis, commercial negotiations, and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Carry out support activities for the department, such as data collection and analysis, presentation preparation, and organizing meetings and activities.
  • Full involvement in departmental activities, such as team-building and improvement processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Undergraduate degree in any discipline, but ideally with a business focus.
  • Experience of MS Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Motivated and able to take responsibility for tasks and projects.
  • Good ability to communicate with internal colleagues and external third-party suppliers.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and manage time.
