Job Description

**Job Title:** Warehouse Operations Specialist - FLT Counterbalance

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Ethero. As a FLT Counterbalance operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload goods using FLT Counterbalance trucks
  • Operate hand scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels
  • Perform manual tasks, including sorting and stacking pallets, and separating damaged pallets
  • Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
